The Byre
The Byre is a little gem of a holiday cottage with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
The entrance leads to a lovely farmhouse style kitchen, which is well equipped with a modern electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There is also a small separate freezer and a table which seats six.
The Accommodation
Down two steps to the sitting room you will find a well sized room which benefits from lots of natural light due to the lovely large windows. There is also another dining table with six chairs, comfortable sofa and chairs, coffee table and a modern flat screen TV with 'Freeview' Channels and DVD Player. For families renting more than one property, this cottage is ideal for group entertaining given the open plan living area.
From the sitting room there are double patio doors leading to the private front garden which has a good sized lawn and patio with garden furniture, ideal for BBQs and dining al fresco. The views over the Vale of Atholl are fabulous. There is also a good shed for storage of bicycles or other outdoor equipment.
The double bedroom is a delightful and relaxing room with a pleasing window looking out to the back of the cottage. The twin bedroom is also a fresh and peaceful space to unwind and get a good nights sleep, situated at the back of the cottage.
The bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms and has a bath with shower, toilet and wash basin.
This property has parking for two vehicles, free WiFi, uses green energy in the form of Hydroelectricity and Ground Source heating to provide electricity and heat to the cottage.
